A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Head Office team at a Multi-channel retailer based in the North West. Key responsibilities of this role will include: Plan and implement department stratergy for sales, profit and stock in line with the critical path dates. Review sales, space, stock and profit performance and trends to maximise sales and margin Plan and manage promotions to agreed objectives, elevate, review and react as required to maximise profit Ensure target costs and selling prices meet agreed planning parameters for department to deliver value. Ensure Volumes are planned in line with selling period and sell through. To control co-ordination of open-to-buy ensuring sales and intake are consistent with agreed stock levels and adjusted in line with over/under performance and authorised. To develop through knowledge of the stores/competition opportunities through store visits. Develop and manage team of Allocators
