Job Title : Regional Senior Digital Marketing Executive Location: Sandown Park Racecourse Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent The Jockey Club’s London region is looking for a Regional Senior Digital Marketing Executive to be based primarily at Sandown Park Racecourse. Role Summary: This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with relevant digital marketing experience obtained within a B2C, sales-led environment, to join the Marketing Department in the London Region. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager in delivering the digital marketing strategy and campaigns across the region for both racing and conferencing & events, using relevant channels. The successful person will: Have experience in designing and building e-communications, ideally using Audience View, Silverpop and Microsoft Dynamics Have a thorough understanding of data segmentation and designing e-communications that will generate ROI Have experience in designing and building Have experience of managing websites and CMS, as well as CRM platforms Have experience of generating content for social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Twitter, to increase followers and engagement Have knowledge and practical applications of online digital advertising - including PPC, Facebook Ad Manager and Display. Must have experience of placing advertising on these formats Have experience in SEO and conversion rate optimisation techniques Demonstrate high levels of creativity and innovation, as well as an understanding of fulfilling the needs of our customers Have prior experience of extracting data from Google Analytics and generating weekly reports Be a team player, show initiative and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Possess excellent communication skills Applicants must also be willing and able to work weekends and evenings to support Racing, Conference and Events as and when required. As this is a regional role and will require the successful candidate to travel across the region’s racecourses, a full driving licence and access to a car is required.
