£25,000 - £28,000 DOE plus a competitive commission package and a company car We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for a people focused and results driven Field Sales Executive to join their rapidly growing business. As Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for bringing in new business sales as well as supporting and maintaining existing customer relationships in order to exceed key business growth objectives. Role: The role will involve the ideal candidate bringing in new business sales as well as supporting and maintaining existing customer relationships. It is essential that you have previous sales experience, the ability to hit monthly KPI’s and have the ability to think quickly, problem solve and make decisions. It would be beneficial if the ideal candidate had previous experience within the recycling industry however this is not essential. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business for commercial waste contracts Pro-actively and reactively selling profitable new business within a territory to meet set targets To achieve and exceed monthly targets Processing of sales enquiries including site visits Cold calling new business Managing a territory and prospect for potential opportunities Produce monthly sales reports for existing and new customers Liaising regularly with Operations Manager and Managing Director in relation to sales activity Grow territory as defined Essential Skills: A minimum of 3 years of Field Sales experience Intermediate IT skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Numerical ability to include pricing, reporting Health & Safety awareness and legal compliance Negotiation and presentation skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Outstanding customer service and oral/written communication skills Background knowledge of the Waste industry (desirable not essential) Track record of new business sales
