<p><strong>Our Client Manager provides support to the KCM and all of the businesses’ sales and marketing activities, including a wider group remit; whilst specifically taking ownership of existing and new client accounts once contracts are agreed. The person needs to be dynamic, organised and have strong communication skills across all disciplines along with extensive knowledge of the business.&nbsp; As well as specifically focusing on Versatiles' promotion and operation the role is intended to&nbsp;ensure a group-based outlook on Social and Traditional media marketing through our collective brand promotion.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <ul> <li>To activity promote the business and generate new leads following these through to profitable sales on a targeted basis.</li> <li>To assist the KCM in keeping regular contact with existing clients, maintain expectations and look to maintain long term relationships and increase contract spending/profitability.</li> <li>To have excellent product knowledge of all areas of the business and its services</li> <li>To have creative flair and to help increase brand awareness to generate sales</li> <li>To attend Sales meetings as required</li> <li>To support the KCM on the implementation of the annual Marketing Strategy and Plan.</li> <li>To provide accurate, valid and complete information to potential customers using the right approved methods/tools</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>To attend site visits in lieu of the KCM as required by clients during their live events and tours</li> <li>To generate new leads for the business maintaining GDPR compliance through cold calling, online research and letter/email writing</li> <li>To support the KCM in the development of new business with specific responsibility for; The suggestion and implement new business generation campaigns, To attend and/or host client meetings and show rounds onsite, To keep record of and action potential business follow up, Create regular Eflyers/Mailings and Newsletters,To oversee marketing material/apparel design/production, To oversee website maintenance, updates, blog/newsfeed and work with our SEO/PPC agency to ensure best use of budget</li> <li>To conduct offsite client meetings in lieu of KCM if required</li> <li>To carry out regular client contact touch points (Quarterly contact – no bookings/Monthly contact – future bookings) where enquiries are inactive</li> <li>Carry out meeting and enquiry follow up as required</li> <li>Competitor analysis; ongoing monitoring of competitor campaigns, strategies, products and pricing.</li> <li>To identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
