Cummins Mellor are currently working on behalf of a well-established,
industrial company, who seek a contracts administrator to join their
team.
Our client has been in business for the best part of 20 years, who works
nationally with well-known businesses. Due to continued growth our client
is looking for a contract administration to support the business with
administration and correspondence.
This position calls for someone with strong computer skills and who is
highly organised and confident handling large amounts of administrative
work.

As a Contracts Administrator your role will include;
* Receiving, processing and monitoring purchase orders
* Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via
telephone and email
* Liaising with various third party providers to check the progress of
existing orders
* Working on a range of Excel spreadsheets on a day to day basis
* Preparing and distributing correspondence
* Site visits may be required on an ad hoc basis
The ideal Contracts Administrator must;
* Be able to multitask and handle a large workload
* Have a logical and analytical thought process
* Enjoy working in a customer driven environment
* Be well-organised and thorough, particularly under pressure
* Experience of reporting and knowledge of purchase orders
Our client can offer;
* Competitive salary circa £18-20,000
* Full time, yet flexible working hours (Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm;
Friday 9am – 4pm)
