Servicing Support Administrator
Our client, an established and leading healthcare / medical insurance brokers, are currently seeking to recruit a Servicing Support Administrator to join their growing and busy team.
You will be responsible for supporting with the administration of a portfolio of insurance based clients. You will maintain and develop computerised customer and prospect records on our clients CRM including obtaining renewal terms from insurers and proving key details of premiums and members to insurance advisors for company clients.
Candidates will ideally have experience within the insurance market, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates need to have a good level of education and be IT literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to work in a busy environment.
