Newcross Healthcare are seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers to care for our service users in Eastbourne, Polegate, Hailsham, Lewes, Seaford, Newhaven, Bexhill-on-Sea, Pevensey, Ninfield and the surrounding local towns as part of our Eastbourne branch. Our Supporting Role You will need to have experience supporting clients with learning disabilities or autism. It's essential you are confident delivering personal care with a mindful approach towards protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence. It is essential that you are confident in your ability to work in a calm and compassionate manner with a range of clients who vary in age, with each individual experiencing different challenges due to their physical or learning disabilities. You will be delivering personalised care in accordance with each service users unique care plan, with a mindful approach to protecting the dignity and promoting the independence of each individual. Your local Team Located on the southeast coast of England, Newcross Healthcare's Eastbourne branch provides the East Sussex region with qualified care assistants, care workers and nurses. The branch is based on Gildredge Road, next to Eastbourne train station. If you're an experienced care assistant or registered nurse, we could have the job for you.
