Selective Recruitment are seeking an efficient, pro-active and capable Credit Controller to join a grounded, well established and personable company in the Abingdon area on a Full-Time Permanent basis.

Working in the Credit Control section of the accounts team, you will be responsible for striving to attain debt payments, cash collection targets whilst liaising directly with customers account queries.

Offer package;
Role:Credit Controller
Hours:8:30am - 5:00pm or 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary:£23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)

Primary duties:
*Responsible for own specified customers and advising others on queries, debit notes etc
*Dealing directly with the customer on account queries
*Liaising with internal and external sales personnel and others as required, to resolve issues within adequate time frames
*Raising credits for approval and processing credits
*Receipt of remittances via BACs & cheque
*Allocation of remittances to debtor accounts
*Other ad hoc duties when required

The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience of working in a credit control role or similar
*Strong IT Skills
*Multi-level Communication
*Positive team player
*Prioritisation and time management
*Organisation and planning
*Good telephone manner
*Good attention to detail
