Our client is an independent FCA regulated financial services company.

Ginger are proud to partner exclusively with this client as they look to add an experienced Administration Assistant to their team in Blackburn.

The main purpose of this role is to provide an effective administration support service for the senior administration team. Typical duties will include:

-Answer incoming calls and deal with queries
-Provide assistant in the preparation of annual client reviews
-Prepare letters, reports and documents
-Record investment valuations onto the in-house system and distribute to clients and IFAs
-Update the system and prepare annual review packs
-Order and maintain stationery supplies
-Prepare outgoing post daily
-Maintain the in-house database and other internal systems

Attention to detail is key with this role, candidates should come from a strong administration background. Experience within Financial Services would be a distinct advantage, however this isnt essential.

You will be able to deal with customers over the phone, use computer systems effectively and be able to work on your own initiative.
