Office / Sales Administrator
Our client, a long established and successful distribution company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their lively team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, duties will include dealing with new and existing customers on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to processing orders either over the phone via email, Area Sales Managers, or through customers email sites. Managing all inbound calls smoothly from start to finish and providing professional and excellent customer service at all times, ensuring all relevant information is obtained from the customers to provide a flawless service. You will also be working closely with other departments to make sure orders are processed correctly. All this together with any ad hoc administrative tasks (as and when required).
You will have a background in admin/customer service/sales together with the ability to make swift decisions and have confidence in their decision making abilities. A positive and proactive attitude along with willingness to learn and progress is essential alongside with outstanding customer service skills. In addition you must be able to adapt and respond to change quickly and enthusiastically.
