Metering Performance Manager
Salary ??39,000 - ??49,000 DOE + Competitive Benefits package

Can you provide strategic direction for a Metering team that aligns with our Service Delivery Strategy? Are you a strong leader who has had success in a metering management role? Do you have a proven track record of delivering high performance across a variety of customer pathways?

If so, we would love to hear from you! As a Metering Performance Manager your responsibilities will include;
* Lead, develop and motivate Team Leaders within Metering Operations to deliver results, create an engaged workforce and a culture of aspirational led development.
* Deliver robust management data and commentary to senior managers to drive effective business decision making.
* Report weekly and monthly department progress to Senior Management with an action plan for proposed resolution when necessary.
* Conduct key analysis of performance statistics and provide robust commentary to give an overview of the performance of the department. For example; call quality, workflow volumes.
* Analyse performance statistics against strategic business plans, utilising this information when assisting in forecasting future years budgets.
* Manage short to medium term resource and succession plans for the department; and equip Team Leaders with sufficient knowledge to effectively recruit and develop team members when required.

The ideal candidate will preferably have had experience in this type of role previously as well as implementing strategic change management within a customer environment. Demonstrable knowledge of key principles relating to organisational transition. A sound understanding of the customer lifecycle and the relevant industry, regulatory policies that govern it.
