On behalf of our client, an industry leading Supplier based in Chesterfield, Stafforce are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator.

Tasks will include:

* Raising purchase orders on various suppliers for delivery into branch network.
* Matching up supplier order acknowledgements to what has been requested and updating the system with any amendments.
* Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email with regards to the outstanding order book and keeping the order book up-to-date and accurate.
* Other potential ad-hoc duties such as sorting out supplier invoice queries and generally supporting the Inventory Planners.

The successful candidate would be required to be PC literate, have a solid working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook while being comfortable and assertive on the telephone and via email and with experience of having worked in an office environment.

Working hours:

8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
