Thorn Baker are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield near the town centre for a Part Time Administrator to work within the Accounts / Administration office of their heavy duty manufacturing company. This a 6 to 9 months contract

The Role

- Converting quotes to orders upon receipt of signed order
- Preparing and issuing order acknowledgements
- Liaising with engineering and the sales representative to ensure the specification is correct
- Chasing up missing information from the customer/end user/sales rep
- Ensuring all order information is kept up to date
- Liaising with the customer and outside agencies
- Ensuring the customer is updated with the progress of their orders, preparing schedules on a weekly basis where necessary
- Filing and archiving of order files as needed
- Preparing quotes when needed

Administration experience is essential.

Salary

£16000 to £18000 Pro Rota Depending on experience

Hours of work - 22.5 hours per week between the hours below

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

This is a 6 to 9 month contract
