HR Systems Manager (iTrent)

Skills: iTrent, HR and Payroll Management experience, MI, Business Objects and Project Management exp.

You will thrive in your new environment providing HR and Payroll system support and leadership utilising iTrent. You will contribute to the successful HR operation across this social care business.

In addition to being driven by wanting to make a difference and feeling different about yourself you will have experience in the following:

  • Manage the development of the integrated HR and Payroll systems

  • Plan, manage and implement all system changes to the System .

  • Develop and grow your knowledge of accessibility requirements

  • Central responsible for the provision of Management Information (MI) from the HR and Payroll system (iTrent) using standard reporting, and Business Objects

  • Monitor, review and manage procedures to ensure the integration of systems and the flow of meaningful data between them

  • Manage relationships with key customers and suppliers both internally and externally

Location: Peterborough (Flexible Working)

Salary: ??45-50K Base + Pension
