Learning Technology Specialist

Having recently expanded, we are currently looking for an individual to support with the design of our end-to-end process, supporting the Solutions, Marketing and Business Development teams.

About the Role

As part of our expansion, we are looking to recruit a creative, innovative, experienced and professional individual with a clear passion for supporting business growth through the development of people.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Solutions and Marketing teams and will be responsible for the aesthetic design on all projects required to keep the business moving.

The successful candidate for the Learning Technology Specialist position will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Aesthetic design of written and video case studies.
• Creation of graphics used for website, social media and general marketing, sales and learning materials.
• Owning the creation of all learning materials required, such as; paper workbooks, e-workbooks, webinars, e-learning, slides, videos etc.
• Creation, ownership and maintenance of an online learning platform which will host interactive and stimulating e-learnings.
• Support the Solutions team with diagnostic reviews to determine to appropriate training solution for clients.
• Apply and report on quality assurance measures to ensure programmes are designed to a high standard.
• Improve and innovate the format of learning content to meet changes in technology trends while ensuring the programmes are engaging, interactive and achieve learning objectives.

About You

The successful candidate for the Learning Technology Specialist should possess the following attributes to succeed in the role:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on the design and building of e-learning courses for desktop and mobile devices
• A relevant degree- preferably in the design field
• Strong creative skills and ability to produce exceptional infographics
• Excellent instructional design skills, developing courses for face-to-face, blended and e-learning training formats
• Experience in gamification within e-learning and creating content using audio narration and videos.
• Organised with a very strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• IT literate- proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, In-Design, Storyline, Captivate and other relevant learning management systems.
• Experience of maintaining digital platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
