CSG is working with a leading manufacturer of fluid technology products that due to planned company growth are looking to build and expand their offering through hiring a Marketing Project Manager.
As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely in partnership with the commercial leader as well as product leaders, supported by the marketing manager to ensure effective company-wide implementation of strategic imperatives globally.
This role comes with the autonomy and responsibility of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, programs and infrastructure. Additionally, you will direct a dedicated operational team to execute all the critical promotional marketing activities required to achieve the company's profitability and market awareness and perception goals globally.
- Brand Management
Ensure the consistent and appropriate application of the Brand Guidelines across all aspects of internal RMI communications and customer and market-facing communications.
- Internal Communications
Works with all areas of the business to define and execute a local internal communication program that addresses the values and activities that will define our success in the marketplace
- External Communications
Working with all aspects of the business, defines and executes a comprehensive local public relations strategy that creates awareness globally around RMI's capabilities and key initiatives.
- Program Management
Defines, delivers and manages complete promotional programs including the multi-media elements required to deliver our message and capabilities to all the assigned markets and targeted persona.
- Digital Presence
Oversees the execution of their core digital strategy. Knowledge of digital design and ensure RMI uses the latest digital technologies for promotional purposes.
- Creative Design
Responsible for the localisation of promotional design in support of the global RMI brand in the marketplace. Ability to liaise with external design agencies.
Defines and manages a key event strategy in support of our customer experience goals as well as promotional and lead generation targets. International travel will be required.
- Bachelor of Arts or higher, or CIM equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years B2B marketing experience within a similar industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Proficiency in marketing techniques and concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes
- Strong computer skills in the use of Microsoft office and CRM
