Gas Manager £36,345 to £42,709 per annum Full-time, permanent St Helens M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting a Gas Manager to work with our M&E team across the North West. About the role To lead and develop a service, repair and installation contract through technical and operational support to staff working within a gas service delivery team. To provide a full range of professional services to internal and external clients. Ensure M & Y legal obligations are carried out and robustly managed under all current legislation ensuring Health & Safety compliant. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a 'can do’ attitude and a recognised equivalent qualification with directly related management and technical experience at management level. You will have extensive experience managing gas contracts including service delivery to domestic and commercial buildings, and be a corporate member of a chartered institute such as RICS, CIOB, IEE, IME or gas qualified with experience (ACS). The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the value and use of new technologies in improving services and modernising work practices, as well as experience of implementing new ICT technology to support service delivery. You will have the ability to motivate your team demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills in order to complete work efficiently and effectively. A basic DBS check is required for this post.
