Our ability to engage with customers in our B2B and B2C markets across multiple channels is critical to this commercial success. Ensuring that the customer has an exceptional user experience regardless of channel is important for a company that prides it-self on high levels of service and quality. As a Marketing Executive in HIPPO, you will be passionate about the delivery of high quality communications that have both a positive impact on the customer and the key commercial KPIs of HIPPO. You will be as comfortable briefing the creative agency as you will assessing the performance of your campaigns. The role holder will be involved in a diverse range of marketing activity including print, email, social, web, telemarketing and PR. This role sits within the Marketing team and will be critical in helping to shape our future marketing plans and commercial success. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns Plan and manage the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, to include DM, telemarketing, email, online, social, direct mail and telemarketing, to build awareness, drive conversion and generate direct revenue across the HIPPO product portfolio. Support the development of an ongoing test strategy with stakeholders, manage the execution of the test plan and review results. To follow processes to brief work, and manage the execution of marketing activities, tasks and reporting with all internal stakeholders and ensure work is progressing and delivered to agreed timelines and is on budget. To be responsible for the sign off process and proofing of the campaigns with key internal stakeholders. Manage the tracking of campaigns, compile reports/dashboards and review the performance of campaigns across all channels. Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations and implement changes where necessary to ensure objectives are met. Keep up to date with marketing innovations, initiatives and best practice and use these to develop prospect and funnel strategy, customer journeys, customer experience and to ensure efficiency within campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Multi-channel marketing experience, delivering multi-media campaigns within a brand facing business Experience of writing both short and long copy for various customer segments and channels A good record of creative achievement and driving creative innovation Excellent planning skills with the ability to deliver robust project plans Clear measureable success in using marketing to meet a wide variety of business metrics including Conversion, Revenue, NPS etc Analytical and confident reporting impact of campaign activity / building business cases Working understanding of Google Analytics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ensures all activities align to the brand guidelines, brand positioning and regulations Champion the customer in all manner of activities, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all communication activities. A team player who can share ideas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high level of English grammar and proof reading ability
