THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager, you will be selling a range of industrial and electrical products, ranging from cable management accessories to Personal Protective Equipment - specifically focussing on the industrial end users market. This role will see your involvement in sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Manufacturers and Warehousing/Distribution. With points of contact ranging from Maintenance Engineers, through to Procurement Teams, Stores Managers, Production Engineers and Owners, this exciting position of will require you to be able to deal with existing strong relationships as well as searching for new.

THE PERSON: Our client is looking to interview those sales professionals who can demonstrate at interview that they are driven to succeed, switched on, career focused and who have previously worked in external sales. Full product training is on offer, so our client is open as to what the successful applicant may have previously sold.

THE COMPANY: Our client is a major player in the distribution of industrial and electrical MRO products. They are part of a large group involved in various sectors of distribution, with a wealth of commercial expertise in buying, selling, and service to clients.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
  • Commission 20% uncapped
  • Company Car: Yes
