Working in partnership with several global brands, we are looking to grow our team of outstanding Customer Service Advisors. Our Shared Services department caters for a range of different clients, so we talk to a variety of different customers on a daily basis, all with different needs. It’s all about flexibility, making sure we’re tailoring our approach to each individual to ensure they are getting the service that they need. Whether they need to make a card payment for membership, or if their washing machine has broken down, we are here to help. You will initially be trained on one specific area, your knowledge base will then being broadened over time. The successful candidates will need to be confident, proactive, have a flexible approach, able to build great rapport with the customers whilst having an insatiable curiosity to continually look to add value to the customers’ experience. Pay : £7.48ph (£7.93 over 25) Working hours: Shared Services is a 24/7 operation but we are looking for those who can be flexible between: Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am- 10pm. Weekend on a rotation between 9am-5pm. Location: Stratford upon Avon We are conveniently located a 10 minute walk from Stratford-Upon-Avon Parkway Station. Post Code- CV37 9HY.
