An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a unique, forward thinking, dynamic market leader. Established for over 16 years, the company has continued to grow from strength to strength through the hard work and determination of their employees.

Joining this privately owned business, the Customer Service Administrator will have worked in a similar role and in addition, will have experience in export administration.

The company are close to the M1, just off Jct29 and offer free parking. They have modern, open plan offices, providing a charming work environment.


The Customer Service Administrator will be passionate and driven, always going the extra mile to provide the customer with an exceptional service. Working on individual accounts as part of a wider customer service team, ensuring that all customer requirements are met and achieved at the highest possible standard, in the appropriate manner that meets the need of our company standards and to satisfy our contractual obligations to our customers. Ensure that all customer service policies, procedures and protocols are followed by all employees working within the team.

The key focus of the Customer Service Administrator, in addition to the general duties, will be to take responsibility of ensuring the orders are exported to the end user, including:

* Sales order processing and tracking
* Query and credit processing
* Liaising with hauliers to plan the export route
* Keeping track of deliveries
* Completing paperwork and documentation to meet necessary compliance requirements
* Process customer returns
* Preparing bespoke quotation
* Provide expert knowledge on products and services
* Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
* Carry out related task across all customer service functions, when and were needed to support the company business plan


As the Customer Service Administrator you will be organised and methodical with a high attention to detail. You enjoy taking ownership and managing several tasks at any one time.

The salary is negotiable £20,000 - £23,000pa (dependent on experience)

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm, 1 hour for lunch.
