JOB TITLE: Apprenticeship Business Engagement & Enterprise Co-ordinator 
SALARY & BENEFITS: Band 7 (£23,866 - £28,221 p.a.) 
WORKING HOURS: Temporary for 2 years - 37 hours per week 

THE COMPANY: Our client is a locally-owned partnership between businesses and local authorities and plays a central role in determining local economic priorities and undertaking activities to drive economic growth and the creation of local jobs. They are currently seeking an Apprenticeship Business Engagement & Enterprise Co-ordinator to join their team within Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities for the Apprenticeship Business Engagement & Enterprise Co-ordinator role to include:-
• Act as an ambassador raising the profile through utilising existing communication and marketing channels in order to engage with key local stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support including induction training, coordinating network meetings and identifying and delivering ongoing training to meet individual development needs
• Contribute to the monitoring and impact tracking of the EAN and Career Hub data returns 
• Attend national and local training events and meetings 

THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Apprenticeship Business Engagement & Enterprise Co-ordinator you will have a flexible approach to working and will be collaborative and good at building relationships at all levels, both internally and with a range of external stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to work well within a team. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth.

Key experience essential for the role of Apprenticeship Business Engagement & Enterprise Co-ordinator :-
• Most candidates will have A levels (or equivalent) or existing relevant Level 3 qualifications, such as BTEC and English, Maths and ICT at Level 2. Other relevant or prior experience will also be considered 
• Full driving licence held and the ability to travel 
• Experience of working within a customer facing environment 
• You will be required to study for the two year fast-track BA Honours degree in Business Management, whilst gaining valuable work experience and skills
