My client is a market leading service provider within B2B and B2C markets globally, with a fantastic and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Due to huge market growth and an ever expanding customer-base, an additional role has been created within their B2C Communications team to help continue clear and concise communication with their retail customers.

Key Accountabilities:

• To deliver external communication material including help guides, brochures,
presentations, case studies and standardised customer communications.
• Create and maintain content on the website and external marketing collateral.
• Create and maintain key customer communications.
• Manage social media campaigns and day to day running of social media management platform.
• Deliver internal and external communications e.g. Newsletters, updates and internal comms
• To co-ordinate internal and external events.
• Assist with the delivery of PR activities.
• Adherence to internal processes and risk frameworks.

Knowledge and skills:

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent written English
• The ability to deal constructively with internal and external parties
• High degree of computer literacy
• Experience of using CMS systems like Umbraco or WordPress
• Experience of using design software e.g. Adobe InDesign
• Customer service experience and ability deal with customers via social media
• Previous experience creating and managing social media campaigns or promotions
• Microsoft proficient
