Installation Technician - Zedbox have a fantastic opportunity for an Installation Technician. You will represent the UK's leading Garden Annex Brand who have new headquarters in Rougham, Bury St Edmunds. This is a field based role, so even though you will start your week at HQ, you will then use a company supplied vehicle and equipment to travel to locations (mostly domestic gardens) across the UK. Installations take around 3 to 5 days to complete and as our work cover the whole of mainland UK there will be a need to stay away a few days most weeks.

Other key duties and responsibilities includes:

- At the customers address, you will assemble, install and commission the annexe to the customers highest expectations.
- Work to the highest standards to meet the specifications, with minimal errors and wastage
- To arrive on site in good time with all relevant tools, materials and equipment required to effectively assemble, install and commission the building
- To produce high quality work in all areas of responsibility within agreed timescales
- Evaluate processes and procedures, recommending changes or modifications for improved efficiency
- Complete all documentation accurately and within timescales
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Provide support to colleagues and other teams in the organisation where required
- Deliver great customer service internally and externally
- Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing for self and others at all times, complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, incidents or near misses to allow corrective action to be taken

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

- Carpentry or Joinery Qualification (Desirable)
- Experience in carpentry/joinery, shopfitting, engineering or similar
- Full clean driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, energetic, confident
- Logical and methodical and exceptional attention to detail
- Approachable and able to effectively build rapport with a diverse range of people
- Ability to problem solve
- Determination and commitment to completing each job to the highest standard and on time
- Ability to effectively adapt to change
- Prepared for all aspects of labour including manual lifting, in all weathers
- Flexible approach to working hours and comfortable with overnight stays on a weekly basis

Salary £9.50 - £14.50 per hour, (dependent of experience) Full-time, PAYE (£22,230 - £33,930/annum + overtime + industry leading, incentive led bonus scheme).This fantastic company is based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds and are easily accessible from the A14.
