Learning & Development Instructional Designer
My client within the non for-profit sector is currently recruiting for an L&D Instructional Designer who has experience in delivering a range of training and development programmes. Liverpool 6 Month FTC £27,500 You will be a key member of the L&D team, designing, delivering and evaluating a range of training courses and development programmes. The Role Design and deliver new training courses and learning as required by the business to build the skills, knowledge and behaviours of employees Produce high quality training materials and trainer notes Work with Project Teams, SMEs & Business Architects to create interactive training modules, instructor-led training guides, online learning modules, web-based training sessions and supporting materials following process maps and attending design process workshops Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders including managers, teams and other learning and development colleagues to coordinate training delivery matched to the needs of the business Use strong interpersonal, written and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate our employees, customers and other stakeholders Design quizzes and meaningful course interactions to increase learning and retention Essential Experience of design, delivery and evaluation of training for both customers and employees Experience of working on business change/transformation projects Experience of working with a "learning management system" and/or other learning and development related systems Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements What's on offer This is a 6-month FTC opportunity paying a competitive salary, day rate will be considered If you feel you have the necessary skills for the above role, please apply via the link below.
