We're looking to recruit a talented logistics standards and change manager to join us, and take the lead in developing our logistics FM standards and processes. It'll be your job to make sure we maintain a safe, legal and compliant logistics estate. You'll develop and implement a wide range of standards and processes so we can deliver a consistent FM service to our distribution centres. It's an important role. What you'll do: analyse performance data from our sites to help drive change and champion high standards across the board carry out vital compliance audit and assurance to ensure we remain safe legal and compliant at the sites build the governance structure for driving all FM change in our logistics operations develop, revise and implement a range of new and existing standards and processes manage change using the governance framework and relevant analysis & reporting tools build relationships and communicate wide a wide range of people across the business identify opportunities for continuous improvement To be successful you'll need a track record in FM combined with a proven ability to manage change. And as we've got depots across the UK, you'll also need great people skills to help you build strong relationships with teams in each and every one of them. We'd love to speak to you if: you've got significant project/change management experience, ideally with a quality management focus you have a background in operational facilities management you've got a good working knowledge of industry trends, best practice and legislation you can confidently influence and challenge established processes to drive continuous improvement you have strong data analysis and MS Excel skills Why Co-op?
