My client based near High Wycombe (but moving to Amersham at the end
of the year) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a fabulous
opportunity for someone with creative flair and a tireless work ethic.

Marketing Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:

* Management of social media platforms including creating and
posting content;

* Creating a strong relationship with bloggers and vloggers;

* Assist with briefing trade adverts;

* Trade and press releases;

* Help with identifying consumer marketing opportunities;

* Management of company product presentation, including imagery,
copy text and product information;

* Working closely with their sister company’s marketing team;

* Working with the Design team to ensure product photography is
booked in;

* Assisting on photoshoots;

* Ensure the image bank is up to date;

* TV commercial management;

* Coordination of trade shows and events.

The ideal Marketing Coordinator will have:

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

* Social media management with experience of planning and scheduling
social media posts;

* Trade show and event management;

* Experience of working under pressure with the ability to remain
calm;

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.

The successful Marketing Coordinator candidate will be an amazing team
player with a positive, energetic and helpful character. You will be
highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task,
prioritise activities and self-manage. The ability to influence others
to manage tight deadlines would also be desirable.

Marketing Coordinator - Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour
for lunch. Holidays – 33 days including Bank Holidays.

Salary: £23K to £25K dependent on skills and experience
