Working alongside the marketing team to create a sales pipeline in terms of generating appointments with a high standard of quality and contributing volume, quantity and velocity by ensuring the sale cycle is followed by monitoring appointments and lead statuses.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Nurturing and managing the prospect database
  • New business appointment making
  • Campaign management & dial outs
  • Recognising the role and responsibilities as defined by the management systems
  • Monitor appointment and lead status to ensure sales cycle is followed
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and service and be able to up keep industry knowledge
  • Drive pipeline acceleration & lead nurturing


For the Business Development Executive role, the desired skills set would be as below:

  • Constant over-achievement of KPI's
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, health and safety or framework management
  • Ability to demonstrate previous success and experience in outbound B2B dialling environment
  • Experienced in B2B appointment making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
