An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scanning Operative within our Scanning Department. Scanning is a key area of the wider Contact Centre function. You will be part of a dynamic and fast paced environment which includes a new state of the art mail suite, equipped with all market leading technology. Your key responsibilities will include: Sorting large volumes of incoming post from various sources Preparing, logging and scanning documentation onto our system Indexing and distributing documentation to the relevant departments Providing support to all the team To reward our staff we have a pay progression framework in place, which recognises individuals for developing from being a “new starter” through numerous levels to a “high performer.” We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to be a team player. You will also need to be able to multi-task and have a flexible attitude to support other areas of the business during peak volumes. We receive approximately 3000 items of post each day; therefore you will need to have the ability to work with large volumes and work as part of a team to ensure that these are all dealt with. It is vital that these are processed right first time therefore you will need to be accurate and have very good attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work to strict deadlines, plan your own time and have a flexible attitude to support other areas of the business during peak volumes.
