£23,866 to £25,463 per annum plus 5.5% Standby Allowance
Are you an experienced technical support analyst with great communication skills able to provide a positive customer experience?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the country’s leading fire and rescue Services; to become part of a family where everyone plays their part in making West Yorkshire Safer.
You will work as part of the service desk team to ensure that ICT service delivery meets our agreed KPIs, dealing with all customer queries in line with our Customer charter, standards and procedures.
You will undertake routine maintenance work of Authority ICT systems including operating systems, applications, hardware / software installations, server side facilities, SharePoint and internet / email filtering systems.
You should have demonstrable experience of working within a technical service desk team and be educated to NVQ level 3 in a computer related subject or have equivalent experience / training.
You will be required to work 37 hours flexibly as part of the team to cover Monday to Friday 7.30am to 8pm and be part of a standby rota for weekends working 1 in 6 to cover Saturday and Sunday 8.30am to 4.30pm. This will attract a 5.5% salary enhancement and time in lieu or payment for standby hours worked.
