Temporary Accommodation Service Resettlement Worker
35 Hours per week (part time) ~ To be worked Monday to Friday and will include some weekend and evening work on a rota basis. £21,517 pro rata (Full time working week 39 hours)
An opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) Resettlement Worker within a charity based in Portsmouth.
As a key member of the TAS Team you will manage a number of properties used to house homeless families, ensuring that the properties are being used in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Licence Agreement and are maintained to a high standard. You will work with families to assess their immediate and longer term support needs. Offering practical advice and support, you will work closely with them to help them establish and maintain a stable tenancy. This will include working together to produce an action plan setting out an agreed support plan.
You will have experience of working with other agencies to ensure that the families have full access to all resources, including assistance in registration with health services, schools and community support.
You will be an integral part of the Roberts Centre, sharing our values and with the passion to help us improve the lives of Children and Families.
