We are looking for approachable, well-organised NPLQ qualified lifeguards to provide effect supervision and take responsibility for the health and safety of all pool hirers/users and ensure all our poolside activities are promoted and run effectively.

Hourly rate will be £9.79 per hour (which includes holiday pay) with increased premium pay rates after 8pm on weekdays and for Sunday working
Hours of work will include a combination of evenings (between 3.30pm – 10pm) and weekends (8.30am – 3pm); successful candidate will be worked into a rota system
Supervision of the poolside and surrounding areas is required to ensure safety at all times. Daily checks such as Chlorine levels, PH levels & water temperature, equipment storage, assistance with club bookings & swimming lessons and general cleaning to ensure maximum hygiene at all times. Regular monthly lifeguard training sessions are held at our venue whereby all lifeguards are required to attend in accordance with our employment terms and conditions.
The successful candidate will be based at our Roade campus and this role requires working closely alongside fellow lifeguards, office staff and the Sports Centre & Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will be methodical and well organised with excellent interpersonal skills.
