Blackpool Sixth is an outstanding college specialising in 16-19 education, we have an exciting opportunity for a School Liaison Officer to join our team. This full-time permanent term position is well suited to you if you are either looking for the first steps into your career or if you are looking to advance an already established career in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Based in Admissions, Liaison and Marketing you will work closely with others in the department to promote Blackpool Sixth, develop strong links with local high schools and help students progress smoothly from school to college. As well as delivering a range of workshops and presentations, you’ll contribute to events including careers evenings and carry out student interviews.

A day in Admissions, Liaison and Marketing could see you:

  • give inspiring presentations to young people develop activities including open days and taster days contacting schools to set up opportunities for their students
