JOB TITLE: Secretary / Administrator
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary dependent on skills & experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

THE COMPANY / ROLE: Are you an experienced Secretary or Administrator with at minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar admin/secretarial role and looking for a new challenge with one of the areas leading independent Estate agents?

Our client based in Bedford, Bedfordshire have a new opportunity for an experienced Secretary / Administrator to join their team where you will assist with a range of duties including answering incoming calls, responding to emails, typing up of letters/documents, and other ad hoc tasks such as updating websites/property listings using templates.

Although experience within the property industry is not essential, the successful candidate will need to have previous experience in a similar administration or secretarial role, must be computer literate with good typing skills, be proficient in Windows office applications and possess an excellent telephone manner. Candidates will also need to live within commutable distance to Bedford, Bedfordshire.
