Why is our Offensive Security team the next step for you?

The team is responsible for managing the identification, analysis and tracking of vulnerabilities in a fast paced technology environment, as well as the coordination of 3rd party penetration testing companies. The teams' duties extend to Worldpay LLC and require working with the members of various business and technology teams to reduce risks across the business.

The specialist role acts as a conduit between third parties who conduct penetration tests, project managers and technical operation teams, and the business that need to be informed and act on the output of such testing activities.

The role will support both existing operational assets as well as project teams delivering new systems in order to reduce the overall threat faced by Worldpay.

The Offensive Security team is part of the Global Security function covering various other security disciplines such as advisory and assurance, and there are opportunities both within this group and also other security related functions to grow, diversify and develop.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

In this role, you'll maintain and organise a penetration testing schedule including pre-requisite, execution and reporting activities. You'll meet and communicate with stakeholders to ensure adequate resources are lined up for the delivery of the penetration testing activities, validate the scope of the penetration testing effort to ensure it aligns with requirements and ensure the completion of all pre-requisite activities and work with compliance teams if pre-requisites are not completed prior to hand off. You'll review penetration test reports and re-rank findings as per internal processes, track remediation efforts and retest or submit risk exceptions where appropriate.

Part of the role is to ensure that findings related to PCI will to be remediated in accordance to audit timeframes. This entails thorough governance, tracking and reporting of issues with remediation groups and escalating where appropriate audit failing issues. You'll maintain a dashboard of previous, current and future pen tests, and take responsibility for providing metrics and service feedback about any suppliers used to perform pen tests.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You'll have a couple of years' penetration testing experience and have the ability to analyse security risks. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across the business, project and development teams.
