We have a number of shifts across days and nights at our adult social care services across York. The services and support provided promote independence and choice, within a friendly and caring community.
Red Lodge offers both sheltered accommodation and registered residential care. It is a stimulating and vibrant place to live.
The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. Ensuring a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families. These vacancies are predominately nights.
It is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same and that brings with it the need for flexibility and resilience as well as thorough working knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and health and safety within an adult social care setting.
Above all though you must be caring, empathic and possess the people management skills that will allow you to contribute to leading a team that will provide a first class person centred approach to caring for others.
