Sales Orientated Senior Administrator - Horsham

                                                Monday - Friday 8:30 – 5pm

  • Based in the centre of Horsham.
  • Close to all transport links. Possibility of parking.
  • Based in a light & spacious top floor with exposed beams and views.
  • Clients range from household names to small family businesses.
  • Interesting and varied work, often varies with the markets.
  • Small friendly office, team environment.

The Position:

  • Administering & managing (80%) & selling (20%) of online auctions
  • Processing completed jobs on ledger
  • Maintaining and updating Access Database
  • Client retention and satisfaction
  • Prospective work – mostly warm leads – some cold.
  • Compiling industry news reports to circulate to clients
  • Updating ledger and assisting in reporting end of month figures
  • Assisting with implementing new templates as and when required
  • Cross selling our various services where opportunities arise, to try and give clients the full portfolio of services.
  • Some cover of Manager’s desk on Friday’s and when on holiday.
  • Full training provided.

Experience required:

  • Client Account Management
  • Accurate administration
  • Business Development
  • Database CRM systems – training on Access specifically will be provided however
  • Working in a fast paced environment against time restraints, retaining accuracy
  • Managing own diary and day to day tasks

Skills required:

  • Confident, polite, professional telephone manner
  • Ability to multi task and remain organised
  • To work autonomously as required, but also be a team player
  • Methodical and tenacious approach.  Emphasis on accuracy.
  • A levels, or equivalent business experience.

Possible backgrounds that may suit:

  • Sales office
  • Call Centre with data analysis
  • PA/Secretarial position that has direct contact with clients
  • Insurance or Banking, combined account managed and business development role
  • Retail with additional back office experience
