Your duties in this role, will be to support residents in their daily lives including (but not limited to):

Helping residents with day to day activities such as assisting with feeding, personal hygiene, recreational activities, accompanying residents outside of the home etcProviding companionship, and supportPutting together a plan of care and ensuring this if up-to dateGiving emotional and practical supportSupporting families with getting used to the changed in their relativeWorking with other professionals to provide individual care and development plansWe are looking for the right people to join our team, so for the right candidates full training is provided. Our main emphasis is upon gaining new team members that truly care for the residents of our homes, regardless of experience or past job roles.

For Entry level positions we will consider candidates of any experience If you have the right attitude and personal skills.

For senior Positions:

Support worker: 1 year (Preferred)

Care assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
