Account Manager Location: Hove Salary: £25,000 Reward Cloud are currently seeking a confident, driven and positive Account Manager to join us at an exciting time of growth. Working as a key part of the commercial team you will be an essential part of the business working between teams internally and providing customers with the best customer service levels. You will be working and supporting some of the largest corporations and brands in the UK as well as worldwide and this will be a huge part of the role as well as providing support to the commercial team with operation tasks. Our mission at Reward Cloud is to become a global payment infrastructure for the B2B gift card industry. We're the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of markets including the US, Europe, Australia and India. To continue working towards that goal, we are building a core operational support team to be based from our head office in Brighton. Main duties and areas of responsibility: Onboarding new customers Supporting existing customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of customer service Offering additional services that are relevant and of interest to customers Working as a link between our technical teams and customers Providing feedback from customers and ensuring it is picked up internally by the right people Providing administrative support to the commercial team Attending client meetings and conferences as required Creating content for social media that adds to our brand and provides customers with an internal look at who Reward Cloud are Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Essential: Previous Customer Service/Account Executive experience in a B2B role Able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Excellent communication skills Excellent written ability Self-motivated Highly organised and process driven Solid IT skills - Social Media tools, powerpoint, word etc. Desirable: Previous experience in a SaaS environment or a desire to work within it Negotiation skills Knowledge of Salesforce Reward Cloud offering a supportive and fun working environment and also offer the following benefits: Competitive salaries Designated Shares Options for all employees 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Support for training and development Workplace Pension scheme Monthly company lunches Quarterly away days Well stocked drinks fridge and snack cupboards Cycle to work scheme No agencies please.
