We have an exciting opportunity within Portsmouth Water to join the Production team. The technician role ensures the water treatment works are maintained which enables the effective production of safe drinking water.
The M&E Technician will have particular focus on low voltage switchgear, motor drives, valves, gas dosing equipment, pneumatic plant, pumps and motors. Experience in inspecting, testing, maintaining, fault finding and repairing M&E equipment.

The role requires a skilled qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, and ideally you would have served a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field. Some work requires the applicant to work in confined spaces with the use of breathing apparatus (full training will be provided.).
