Integrations Analyst Based in Kingston: We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading I.T Software organisation based in the heart of Kingston, Our Client supports the Financial Services Community by providing an award-winning web-based business management system for financial advisers, mortgage advisers, network providers, service providers and for those in the enterprise sector. Essential Requirements: - Experience with the following: Build API's, Netsuite,Splunk,Jiitterbit,Tableau, Hubspot, Jira, -Experience in sales force ,Experience in integrations, with Ipass, BA And third parties. -Qualifications Required: - Graduate calibre -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge Required: - Experienced at building API Integrations - Salesforce experience ,Intelligent Office experience preferred but not essential - Significant experience as a Data professional, ideally from a Systems or Analytics background, with excellent knowledge of Business Intelligence / Management Information best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate further platforms as requested. - Design robust testing procedures and provide high quality documentation throughout each project. - Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the business. - Ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date with progress. - Drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities. - Proven ability to identify and respond to customer needs and build relationships at all levels. - Be able to work on multiple projects, successfully delivering within agreed timescales. - communicate effectively, e.g. explain integrations to both technical and non-technically minded - Maintain Strong presentation skills - Good level of numeracy, strong powers of analysis and rigorous attention to detail is essential. - Efficient and timely response to customer requests - Follow a robust testing programme to ensure company requirements are met. - Ensure integrations are working successfully and securely at all times, and work in harmony with the existing data model using Salesforce as the master database. - Produce management information reports, identify and correct data anomalies, and manage all data integrations - Ensure that the entire business fully utilises its Business Intelligence solutions, making full use of technologies, processes, and applications to analyse data and deliver competitive intelligence.
