Senior Technical Co-ordinator Respected Regional Contractor
A well-known Home Counties based main contractor, who also deliver spec housing are currently looking to add a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to the team. This company originally made its name within the industry for delivering social housing schemes, but in recent times have started producing housing for sale. Reporting into the Project Director and Technical Director, you will initially split between the office and site before become full time on site. Approximately 2 days office and 3 days on site for the first 6 months. The project is a large regeneration scheme and is currently in the early stages of piling. It will comprise of over 500 units and public spaces including a new library. You would be expected to hit the ground running and have previously worked for a similar main contractor or developer, with up to date knowledge on legislation. The ideal candidate MUST have; Experience working for a Main Contractor or Developer on large residential or social housing projects. The ability to work on your own initiative. It is desirable to have; Construction related further education. Ideally 5-10 years’ experience working on residential projects Candidates at different levels such as Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Manager may also apply as I have a requirement for these levels on similar projects.
