Technical Support Engineer
We are looking to recruit 2 Technical Support Engineers to support all areas and aspects of the IT environments, providing technical management, development and problem solving to 2nd and 3rd line technical support ; You’ll be a highly technical IT professional, fully conversant with the overall setup, components and deployment of; network, telephony, messaging, storage and backup infrastructures, as well as being able to work with the technical aspects of cloud, virtualized and physical ; In this highly technical IT role, you’ll take ownership of problems and drive them through to resolution. You’ll provide hands-on general technical support, including; account maintenance, configuration and the moving and installing of equipment.
