CMA Recruitment Group has been approached on a sole agency basis to source a hardworking Credit Controller to join a forward thinking, fast paced business located in Chichester, West Sussex. Initially offered 4-6 weeks basis to cover sick leave, your main responsibilities will include: Contacting key clients by email and telephone, ensuring that they settle their outstanding account balances within agreed payment terms and credit limits; Allocating payments to the relevant account; Dealing with and resolving client queries; Ensure that any issues that may affect the customer's ability to settle their accounts are resolved within a timely and efficient manner. Applicants for the position will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and will possess at least 6-12 months credit control experience gained from a medium to large business. Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems will also be preferred, although not essential as full training will be given. Benefits include free parking, staff discounts and a generous annual leave should the role convert to a fixed term or permanent contract.
