Position - Helpdesk Compliance Co-Ordinator

Location - Bristol

Reporting to - Customer Centre Supervisor

Desired Skills, Experience & or Qualifications

* Previous experience within Facilities Management industry

* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

* To be able to work well under pressure

* Plan, organise and prioritise workload

* Previous experience with Sage, PPM and Compliance Certificates (advantageous)

Typical Duties

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator to work in their central Bristol office to provide day to day coordination of Helpdesk PPM Compliance tasks as specified by Supervisor/Manager.

* Provide day-to-day co-ordination of PPM tasks together with supporting procedures & processes and training aids.

* To raise invoices using our CAFM system & SAGE

* To provide initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration systems and procedures connected with the Helpdesk.

* To ensure all engineers paperwork is scanned, filed and logged for audit purposes

* Provide extra cover for the Helpdesk team during times of absence.

* To support in the data analysis relating to contractor performance.

* To liaise with clients, contractors and management at all levels, in the support of
providing a consistently high level of customer service.

* Any other duties and projects as agreed with the Customer Centre Manager.

Essential skills and Attributes

* Methodical approach to duties.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel Power Point, Publisher & Access.

* Accurate typing skills.

* The ability to learn quickly.

* Be proactive in your approach to all tasks

* Pleasant and confident telephone manner.

* Energetic and flexible team member.

* Ability to communicate positively and effectively.

* High levels of concentration and accuracy when completing work.

* Ability to work on own initiative.

* Flexible in working arrangements and working hours

Annual Basic Salary up to £21,000 (subject to skills, qualifications and experience), 20 days holiday, Company Pension Scheme
