We currently operate businesses in Australia and Malta as well as the UK and are looking to expand into other regions.


We have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Finance Manager to join our finance team, currently made up of one full-time and one part-time accounts assistant. This is a new role, so it is a terrific opportunity for the right candidate to make it their own. This role reports directly to the Operations Director.

This is a part-time permanent role based in the Horley/Gatwick area, although the role will allow for an element of home-working. Ideally the hours will be delivered over five mornings a week but there is some flexibility on this.


  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Directly support the Operations Director in delivering the finance agenda and to ensure the long-term success of the businesses.
  • Liaise with our company accountants in the various regions as required
  • Manage the company's reporting systems (Xero)
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis as requested
  • Prepare departmental P&Ls for each region
  • Work with the finance team to ensure the day-to-day financial operations of the business are carried out
  • Seek to bring outsourced finance functions back in-house (VAT returns, payroll, management accounts etc.)
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports and interpret financial information to the Management Team while recommending further courses of action
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Assist with maintaining the financial health of the organization

Experience and Qualifications

  • Part qualified/finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
  • Have experience of preparing management accounts and budgets
  • Proficient user of finance software (Xero would be advantageous)
  • Knowledge of international finance would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • The successful candidate must have up-to-date knowledge of current financial standards
