Sales administrator - Halifax - up to £20,000

We are looking for a very organised and professional Sales Administrator to be responsible for the solicitor and client communication as well as the legal documentation.

The Duties and Responsibilities:

- Controlling of the internal data records accurately to ensure compliance and forecast
- Forecasting Reports and driving the reservation process to ensure the pipeline meets the forecast and targets
- Presenting forecasting via regular meeting with Sales Manager and Sales Director
- Weekly and Monthly reporting presented to the Sales Manager and Sales Director
- Checking of client related documents to ensure correct as per the legal process
- Building Strong relationships with global sales network and solicitors
- Dealing with internal questions and queries from clients regarding the process and updating accordingly
- Controlling and monitoring project availability
- Processing of new reservations and ensuring these are within the agreed parameters
- Working with multiple Solicitors to agree contractual terms and processes
- Monitoring solicitor`s performance and feeding this back to Sales Manager and Director

The Candidate:

- Exceptional levels of administrative capabilities and organisation
- Experience within a client focused office environment
- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to adapt to an ever-evolving workspace
- Ability to maintain multiple spreadsheets accurately
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to ensure progression with all
- Good knowledge working with all Microsoft programs, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent all-round communication skills
- Strong team, work ethic
