Located in Dunblane, Ranaich House is a care home with nursing offering care and support in a structured and therapeutic environment, caring for up to 14 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
The Service Manager will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model for your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.
Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.

In this role you will;

- Nurse qualification an advantage
- Previous management experience is essential
