The Pompey History Society seeks suitably qualified individuals to support a Heritage Fund-supported project from September 2019 (or earlier by negotiation) for one year

Project Administrator

This is an exciting freelance opportunity for a well-organised and motivated individual to support a Heritage Fund project entitled: Pompey: Champions of England - The sporting and social history of Portsmouth FC's title wins

The role, which is approximately three days per week, to be worked flexibly, is to ensure the project runs smoothly and that it achieves its objectives. You will provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical and administrative support for the Project, support the work of the project team as appropriate, and to deputise for the project co-ordinator when necessary.

Good organisational and social skills are essential and an interest in social history and/or football is desirable.
