If so, we have the perfect Care Co-Ordinator role for you… We are currently seeking a Care Co-Ordinator to fulfill a full-time, permanent role for a luxury retirement village, based in Matlock. The purpose of the Care Co-Ordinator role is to ensure effective and profitable rostering of care staff and monitoring of the high delivery of domiciliary care to all customer, whilst supporting the Branch Manager in the strategic business growth in line with annual budgets. As the ideal Care Co-Ordinator you will possess the following: Previous experience of Domiciliary Care Co-ordinating Self-motivation and the desire to learn new skills and impart to others A strong understanding of the process and requirements of the Care Certificate A strong understanding of CQC/KLOE expectations and the ability to use these in conversations to improve service provision and quality of care Strong communication skills and good levels of literacy and numeracy, as well as written and oral English The ability to identify priorities and manage time effectively Abler to demonstrate a positive attitude in all dealings with people Salary: £18k -£19k Hours: 37.5 per week. Working between 7am - 10pm, on a rota basis, and one weekend in four Thank you for your interest in the Care Co-Ordinator role.
